Hi, I’m Katie!

I wrote all of the articles on this blog, and for years, did individual coaching on eating topics and ran Dessert Club groups.

At this point in my career, I no longer offer Dessert Club groups.

Frankly, it’s because I’ve fallen completely in love with 1:1 coaching — I am constantly amazed by the results my clients get, and it’s what I want to devote all of my professional attention to.

I also found, over time, that my conversations with my clients were 5% about food, and 95% about the rest of their lives. That’s because it’s impossible to make meaningful changes in our eating without fundamentally changing how our brains work, and how we move through our lives.

As a result, I gradually became a general life coach, not just an eating coach — and I work with clients on topics like:

  • How to not burn out at your job

  • How to cultivate more satisfying friendships + romantic relationships

  • How to stop being so compulsive about technology

  • Authenticity + figuring out what you truly want
