The Dessert Club
Our signature offering, the Dessert Club is an 8-week, small-group course on how to have a happier, less stressful, and less crazy relationship with food. You shouldn't have to worry or think about food so much — really.
Dessert Clubs take place online, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
I only offer Dessert Clubs twice a year. Here are the upcoming group dates:
Tuesdays, starting October 8
4 pm PST/7 pm pm EST
Wednesdays, starting October 9
7 pm PST/10 pm EST
I’m Katie! I founded the Dessert Club, and I’m also an International Coach Federation-certified coach (more on what that means here). Working individually with a coach allows you to delve deep into why you eat the way you do — including all of the complex emotional, somatic, familial, relational, spiritual and other factors that may influence your eating without you realizing it.
Individual coaching also allows us to design an intervention plan that is specifically targeted to what you struggle with and your particular opportunities for growth.
